Pressing
Our fully automated press line consists of six presses with a maximum press force of 2,400 tons. It enables efficient and precise production of high-quality sheet metal parts.
A powerful and fully customizable press line
EBP’s press shop is built to meet the market’s growing demand for sheet metal parts. Therefore, our press line meets very high demands on press force, precision and capacity. At the same time, each press is designed to be easily adapted to different tool properties. The same applies to the press shop’s layout.
Our press line consists of six separate presses with a maximum press force of 2000 tons and with press tables up to 5×2.5 meters. The press line is fully automatic with robots that feed the blank between each press speed. The line can be run in anything from one to six press speeds, with output at any speed.
