Composition
Our assembly process uses advanced automation and flexible technology to ensure the highest quality and efficiency. With modern welding and joining techniques, we deliver robust and durable products.
All technologies in one facility
Our systems are fully compatible with all the most common automation technologies in the industry.
Types
Folding
Currently, we use two different folding techniques: Table top folding and roll folding. Table top folding is often replaced by roll folding in lower volume production as this provides economic benefits without affecting quality.
Spot welding
For spot welding of steel, we use both manual and robot-mounted and fixed welding units.
MIG welding
We have the equipment and expertise required to perform MIG welding of both steel and aluminum in automated production in robot cells. In cases where an automated solution is not suitable, we use manual welding, performed by licensed welders.
Riveting and clinching
For joining aluminum, we use clinching, self-punching riveting and riveting, depending on which process the customer has chosen for the product in question.
Bonding and hardening
We handle a variety of different types of bonding.
Laser soldering
We have equipment for laser soldering both aluminum and steel.
