PVI Sheet Metal strengthens collaboration across the group
PVI Sheet Metal is taking the next step in the development of its operations. Changes to the organization will create closer collaboration between EBP and Esskå, with the aim of bringing together expertise and resources and creating better conditions for continued development and growth.
The new structure includes unified leadership, a shared sales and marketing organization, and closer operational cooperation between EBP and Esskå.
By working more closely together, the companies can make better use of the expertise and experience available across PVI Sheet Metal. This creates opportunities for greater synergies, more efficient ways of working and an even stronger offering to our customers.
Unified leadership
As part of the new organization, Krister Fahlström has been appointed Managing Director of EBP, Esskå and Segerström.
New site managers have also been appointed to strengthen local leadership and operational performance. Alban Sopi has been appointed Acting Site Manager of Esskå, while Eva-Lena Jansson has been appointed Site Manager of Segerström.
At the same time, Camilla Alfjärd has been appointed Acting Sales and Marketing Director, with responsibility for the joint sales and marketing organization.
As part of the organizational change, Tomas Lidbacken has stepped down from his position as Managing Director of Esskå. For a period, Tomas will continue to work on selected group-level assignments and provide support and expertise throughout the implementation of the organizational changes.
Stronger together
EBP and Esskå bring different experiences, expertise and strengths to the group. The new organization creates better opportunities to bring these together and further develop the collaboration between the businesses.
For EBP, this means becoming an even more integrated part of PVI Sheet Metal, while local expertise and operations remain an important foundation for our continued development.
The new organization became effective on September 11, 2026.
