This year, EBP celebrates 30 years in business. At the same time, we are settling into our new head office, making this an especially memorable year for the company. After months of planning, moving and getting everything into place, the building is now starting to feel like home. The offices are filling with people, conversations, everyday routines and the energy that turns a workplace into something more than just a building.

For us, the new head office is not simply about new premises, meeting rooms or furniture. It is about creating a place where people feel comfortable, enjoy coming to work and have the right conditions to do their jobs well. The environment we work in has a real impact on how we feel and how we work together. We can already see how the new office is creating more opportunities for collaboration, spontaneous conversations and stronger connections between colleagues.

EBP has changed a great deal over the past 30 years, but one thing has remained constant: the people behind the company. Their knowledge, dedication and ability to solve challenges together have shaped EBP into what it is today. That is why it feels especially meaningful to begin the next chapter of our journey in a workplace that reflects both the company we are today and the company we want to become.
