As part of this transition, Mattias Ivansson will step down as CEO to take on a new CEO position elsewhere.<\/span><\/em><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">On 1 July, Krister Fahlstr\u00f6m, previously CEO of the subsidiary PVI Segerstr\u00f6m, took over as CEO of EBP. Mattias Ivansson remains on EBP\u2019s Board of Directors, helping to ensure continuity and supporting the company\u2019s continued development.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Over the past few years, EBP has seen strong progress, with higher revenue and a significant improvement in financial performance. The company has also strengthened its organisation and continued to develop its industrial capabilities.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cIt has been an intense and rewarding few years, and I am proud of what we have achieved together with all the dedicated employees at EBP,\u201d says Mattias Ivansson. \u201cWe have taken several important steps forward and built a solid foundation for the future. His first priority will be to lead the development of EBP\u2019s new business plan and continue the company\u2019s journey from component supplier to integrated module supplier for the automotive industry and other technology-driven sectors.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cI am taking on this role with great respect, enthusiasm and energy,\u201d says Krister Fahlstr\u00f6m. \u201cEBP has a strong foundation and excellent opportunities to further develop both our offering and our collaboration with customers and partners.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cOne of our key strengths is our ability to manage the entire production process under one roof, from pressing and assembly to surface treatment.
